1. General Use

Crest Suite Agency offers coaching, mentorship, digital products, tax software, business services, and CRM solutions to entrepreneurs, tax professionals, and business owners across various industries. By engaging with our services, you agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and business licensing requirements in your state or jurisdiction.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training modules, branding, logos, and documentation provided by Crest Suite Agency are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These materials are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or publicly shared without written consent.

3. Digital Products, Trainings, and Online Courses

All digital products and services—including but not limited to ebooks, templates, SOPs, training courses, CRM setups, and online programs—are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature of digital access and delivery, all sales are considered final. Please review all product descriptions, course outlines, and features carefully before making a purchase.

4. Software & Service Bureau Licensing

If you purchase tax software (TaxSlayer Pro or OLT Pro) or a service bureau license through Crest Suite Agency:

You are responsible for providing accurate information required for setup.

You must comply with IRS and banking compliance standards if operating as a Service Bureau.

All fees become non-refundable once credentials or access have been issued.

Any backend earnings from EROs under your bureau must be properly disclosed and managed by you as the license holder.

5. Mentorship & Coaching Services

Mentorship and coaching sessions are designed for strategic growth, accountability, and implementation. These services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

6. CRM, Automation, and System Setups

CRM and automation builds are fully customized and tailored to your business. Once a project has begun or access to assets has been granted, no refunds will be issued.

Project timelines may vary depending on scope and client responsiveness.

If you choose to transfer your CRM to another agency or GoHighLevel account, a $997 transfer and administrative fee will apply.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing, and all outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to any migration.

7. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full or through an approved payment plan before receiving access to any services or digital products. Missed or late payments may result in suspended access or termination of your agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Clients agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any proprietary or confidential materials provided by Crest Suite Agency. All strategic, training, and coaching content is for your internal business use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crest Suite Agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products, software, or services. Business outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

10. Termination

Crest Suite Agency reserves the right to terminate services or revoke access to platforms and programs if any terms are violated or if client behavior becomes disruptive or harmful to the company or its community.

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to services or transactions with Crest Suite Agency will be resolved through mediation in the State of Texas before seeking any legal remedies. Both parties agree to handle any conflicts with professionalism and integrity.
